Thanksgiving is a great time to slow down and help our kids notice what they’re thankful for.
As a mom and teacher, I want my kids to know that gratitude is more than saying “thank you” when they’re reminded. It’s living a life where we see the things we are thankful for in every aspect of our lives.
So I made this simple “I Am Thankful For” placemat to get those conversations started around your own table or in your classroom. Your little learners can draw or write about their family, friends, home, school, favorite things, and life, and I love hearing what they come up with. It’s often the sweetest, funniest answers!
